I finished my chair!
I feel like I used my time well and that I got alot done today.
I started off with it still in bits and not fitting together.
But by the end of the lesson, using files and removing the last of the slot peices, it fitted together prefectly.
Finishing touches I added were curving the front edge of the seat using the disc sander
and using sand paper, adding slight radius to all the edges so that it will be easier to apply a finish.
From the original design, the one thing i regret doing is the amount of spikes on the crown and the fact that when i dres them onto the MDF they weren't the same size or shape.
So I should have done them more precise.
